Bloodstain Pattern Analysis SSBS

The Bloodstain Pattern Analysis event tasks competitors with deciphering the origin of a simulated bloodstain. Participants will employ calculations and stringing techniques to determine direction, area of convergence, and angle of impact.

The purpose of the Bloodstain Pattern Analysis event is to encourage criminal justice students to demonstrate their ability to properly analyze bloodstain patterns based on source, direction, area of convergence and angle of impact.

  • Create a 3D representation through stringing
